Vevo’s 24/7 music television channels are playing an integral role in the rebundling of connected TV (CTV), and that was evidenced with our launch of six linear-programmed channels on Hulu Live: Vevo Pop, Vevo Hip-Hop, Vevo Country, Vevo ‘80s, Vevo ‘90s and Vevo Holiday.
Music videos are an essential genre and pillar in entertainment and should be in every TV providers’ offering. The industry is embracing Vevo channels as an integral part of premium CTV subscription services and free ad-supported TV (FAST) lineups from the world’s leading streaming TV providers.
We are proud to be the first and only music-dedicated channels on Hulu Live, one of the most popular ad-supported premium streaming services in the U.S.
In the past year alone, we’ve already become an essential part of the channel lineup on a number of leading services, such as Plex, The Roku Channel, and TelevisaUnivision’s ViX, just to name a few. Now, our partnership with Hulu epitomizes all of our efforts in becoming the largest FAST network in the world and will increase Vevo’s monthly unique viewer and household reach by over 25%.
Audiences are increasingly tuning into FAST and ad-supported CTV subscription services to enjoy their favorite content, and it’s the space where Vevo is seeing the most viewership growth. For both artists and advertisers on Vevo alike, our channels create even more opportunities for critical exposure and to connect with audiences across the country.
